“Initially, the changes I noticed with Body Talk were a little alarming. It was like everything, emotionally, got stirred up. As we continued during our sessions, the physical changes were the easiest to identify. For example, I took a terrible fall before one of our sessions and did not tell you about it. You identified issues in the area where I was hurting; I was still pretty sore when we met. Literally, the next day, the pain was substantially less. I actually stopped thinking about it. Additionally, I was having lots of trouble with my calves and running. My calves and feet were literally going numb. After a Body Talk session, this almost immediately stopped and my calves are back to normal. I was able to run as much as I wanted without having to stop for my legs.

Emotionally, a calm arrived with the Body Talk sessions. It was no surprise that you identified stress and worry, and as we met, although only a few times, my stress and worry levels definitely lessened. In fact, that’s the main reason I want to keep coming. There is a certain peace to lying on the table and having you work over me. I generally even find it hard to keep my eyes open. Perhaps it’s a feeling of someone and something taking care of me that’s so relaxing, or perhaps it is good energy flowing. Although I don’t understand how Body Talk works, I know it does. A shift occurs during my sessions with Laura. I experience more clarity and grounded ness. My skin will sometime flare up in rude angry rashness and I can become really out of balance emotionally as well. After a Body Talk session, everything calms a bit -whatever I need is given – I experience an integration of my being – less scattered and more centered. And I find there seems to be a cumulative effect as well, as the parts of my being become whole and connected. My Body Talk sessions have become my body’s tune up for increased energy and vitality.
